Creating a “Success Mindset”

As a GoalFriend, you know that it’s up to you to define your own success, and it’s your unique journey that will get you there. Although our goals and dreams are ours alone, there is something important that successful people have in common.
 
It’s a “success mindset”
Here are 3 things that will help you gain the right mindset – making it easier for you to reach your goals:
 
1) Surround yourself with positive people
One of the reasons GoalFriends is so powerful is that the influence other people have on our energy is amazing. Knowing you have GoalFriends to inspire you, believe in you, and who want you to succeed, it helps you to ignore negativity and doubts that might otherwise hold you back.
 
2) Create your own positive “self-talk”
At some point, we all have that inner voice that says, “I may not have what it takes…., “I may not be good enough…..” Don’t give negative self-talk any space to grow. Drown out that voice by telling yourself you can do it until you believe it with every fiber of your being.
 
3) Express gratitude
When you express gratitude for the wonderful people and blessings in your life, it helps you keep a positive perspective so that, when challenges do come, it’s not so overwhelming. Be especially mindful of all of the blessings in your life and all of the good gifts you can use to achieve your goals.
